While owners who own at these selected resorts are interested in the rental of their points they are requesting increased compensation to rent their ownership during the Home Resort booking windows. In order to continue to meet our guests requests for reservations, David’s Vacation Club Rentals has introduced a "Home Resort Booking Premium" on selected resorts.
A "Home Resort Booking Premium" of $2.00 per point will be added to the cost of any reservation that is secured more than 7 months in advance of the arrival date at the following selected resorts: Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, Bay Lake Tower At Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Beach Club Villas, Disney's Boardwalk Villas, Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Hotel, Disney's Riviera Resort, The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel, Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows and Disney's Aulani Resort and Spa. For all stays at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club® Villas, Ko Olina, Hawaii, the State of Hawaii imposes a daily transient accommodations tax based upon the number of Vacation Points required for the stay and the per Vacation Point Annual Dues for the calendar year of the stay. Disney Vacation Club Owners and their guests can participate in Online Check-In Service by setting up a My Disney Experience account. Once your My Disney Experience account has been set up you may then link your reservation to your profile in order to verify your party’s details.
For guests staying at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina Hawaii, reservations can be viewed, and the online check-in begins 10 days before your arrival date.
Please note: The Grand Californian is the 1 DVC resort that does not offer online check in
You may begin accessing Online Check-In Service through your My Disney Experience account 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. You will be able to review your reservation and add room location requests from a drop down menu provided by Disney.
Upon arrival, your registration materials will be waiting for you at a special welcome location where Cast Members will be available to provide additional information and answer questions. Please note that this service does not guarantee Guest rooms will be ready upon arrival at the resort. Rooms will continue to be available at standard check-in time of 4 p.m.
Trash and Towel service is included in all stays of more than four days. If your stay is for less than eight nights, you will receive Trash & Towel service on day four. If your stay is for eight nights or longer, you will receive a full cleaning service on day four, and Trash & Towel service on day eight. After that, the cycle begins again on day twelve. Day one is check-in day.
Disney Vacation Club Members and their Guests may purchase additional housekeeping services for their stay by visiting the front desk or contacting housekeeping via their in-room phone.

Yes, if you wish, you are able to choose from any of the 3 dining plans Disney offers its owners and their guests when staying at Walt Disney World. Complete details of these 3 plans are on Disney Dining Plan page.
You do not need to be staying at at Disney Resort to make advanced dining reservations. Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) can be made 180 days in advance of your reservation date by calling (407) WDW-DINE. Guests staying at a Disney Resort can book reservations for each night of their stay starting 180 days in advance of their arrival. Park tickets are required if the restaurant you wish to eat at is located inside a theme park.
In order to continue fostering physical distancing, Walt Disney World's offerings, such as restaurants, behind-the-scenes tours, and other experiences, will be limited in capacity or may remain closed. As a result of the limited capacity, at this time, Disney is not offering Dining Plans. Additionally, Walt Disney World has shifted from a 180-day booking window to a 60-day booking window for dining and experience bookings. This shift to a 60-day booking window is designed to allow Guests to make their plans closer to their visits.

The "My Disney Experience" and "Magic Bands" programs are outside of our rental agreement and any inconsistencies must be dealt with directly with Disney.
We do not provide travel insurance directly, however you can quote, compare and purchase insurance from trusted providers HERE.
We recommend that every guest purchase travel insurance to protect them in the event that they are unable to travel, this would include hurricanes. While DVC has a hurricane policy of their own, as a third party company, we cannot guarantee a refund should a hurricane prevent you from traveling.
*Note: Hurricane season falls between the months of June and November annually.
No. You will not be entitled to any annual pass discounts, park entry discounts, merchandise discounts, or restaurant discounts. If you'd like these discounts, you'll have to become an owner of the Disney Vacation Club.
You will receive all the perks and benefits of any guest staying onsite at a Disney Resort, such as free transportation aboard all Disney Transportation vehicles and Early Theme Park Entry (coming later in 2021).

Although it doesn't happen frequently, there will be times when lack of availability coupled with points that will expire within a 60 day period (two months) create the need to be creative with reservations. Points are only offered at a reduced rate to those who subscribe to my "Specials Newsletter".
Please email us with your request as soon as possible. If there are any changes or additions needed to your reservation (adding another guest, updating address information, adding a dining plan) we request notification at least 30 days prior to your check in date as we require the lead time to get a hold of the Owner.

Guests that do not have a park ticket tied to their My Disney Experience account cannot make a Park Pass reservation. Guests without a Park Pass reservation will not have access to the Walt Disney World theme parks.
Park tickets and access to the parks through Disney's Park Pass System are outside of the DVCR Rental Agreement; these items are the sole responsibility of the guest.
