The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is Disney's equivalent of a timeshare program. Where with a typical timeshare you might purchase a specific week in the year, DVC Owners buy a contract with a certain allocation of points, and these points can be used to stay at Deluxe Disney Resorts flexibly - any time of year for as long or as short as they might need.
Not every DVC Owner can use their points every single year, and so they list them for rent with us! We are the oldest, largest and most trusted source for DVC rentals, and our service allows guests to rent points from current DVC Owners hassle-free, and stay at the many deluxe DVC properties without ever needing to become an Owner themselves! All at a reduced rate compared to booking through Disney directly.
We've been making magic for our hundreds and thousands of Guests since 2005, and are ready to do the same for you!
Availability at Disney Vacation Club Resorts can only be checked through access to a Disney Vacation Club Membership - but don't worry! Our Vacation Coordinators are able to check it for you. The DVC has its own separate inventory, and so DVC availability will not appear on Disney's website.
For more information on our Rental Process and how you can book, check out our easy step-by-step guide.
You can find the accurate pricing of your stay before submitting your request by using our Cost Calculator. Please note this does not show availability.
You can find virtual tours, room layouts and amenity guides for all DVC resorts on our website for your convenience.
To check out any current Disney construction notices, as well as the ‘Know-Before-You-Go’ policies, please visit our Travel Notice page.

Absolutely! If you require multiple rooms, we do ask that a separate reservation request form is filled out and separate deposit submitted for each room required, as each room will be assigned its own unique confirmation number and invoice. For traveling parties, each guest list must be unique and reflect who will be in each room. For a split-stay, dates must not overlap.
In the comments section (Step 2C) of each reservation request form, please note the following;
- If you are booking for a traveling group and need multiple rooms, please provide the names of the lead guest for each request that will be submitted so we can connect your requests, eg: “Traveling with the ‘Mickey Mouse’ and ‘Donald Duck’ parties.”
- If you are booking a split stay, please provide information on how many requests you will be submitting, eg: “Split Stay, Part 1 of 3 for ‘Mickey Mouse’.”
We also ask that you specify if your requests are contingent, (all should be booked at once or not at all) or non-contingent (can be booked independently and do not rely on one another).
If contingent, we will make sure to keep these reservation requests together, and only proceed if we can have a DVC owner secure all requests at the same time.
The Disney Vacation Club releases inventory on an 11-month rolling window, so reservations can be booked a maximum of 11 months in advance of your desired check-in date. Some rooms and resorts sell out more quickly than others - you can find some guidance on that here.

Each DVC Owner has a 'Home Resort' - this is the resort they purchased their points contract for. For reservations booked 7-11 months in advance, DVC Owners get exclusive access to their Home Resort and are the only DVC Owners able to make reservations there.
In order to meet guest demand for premium DVC Resort bookings between 7-11 months in advance, we charge a Home Resort Premium rate of $23.00 USD per point on selected resorts. This increase acts as a further incentive for DVC Owners to sign up their Home Resort points for advance bookings when availability is at its best, allowing us to help secure our guest's dream reservations up to 11 months in advance!
For the full list of the resorts where the Home Resort premium rate applies, please click here.
When booking 0-7 months in advance, DVC Owners may use their points at any DVC Resort, regardless of their original Home Resort. Therefore, any reservations secured within 0-7 months of check-in will be at the regular rate of $21.00 USD per point.
Please note: When you enter your prospective travel dates in our Cost Calculator, the Home Resort Premium rates will be automatically included and are not an additional charge.
You can always find the exact cost of your accommodations by using our free online cost calculator!
When you select your check in & check out dates, our cost calculator will always reflect the exact cost of your accommodations for the full length of your trip, including any fees or taxes (and your $105 deposit, which is considered a part payment and is subtracted from your final total). It does not reflect availability.
There are no hidden fees or extra charges that we levy, but our operations are from Canada and recently, some U.S. credit card issuers have been charging their customers a cross border transaction fee. You should always check with your card issuer for current policy.
For all stays at Aulani, the State of Hawaii and the Island of Oahu imposes a daily transient accommodations tax that is charged at check-out. More information and estimated rates can be found on our Aulani Resort Information page.
For all stays at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, the State of California imposes a daily transient accommodations tax that is charged at check-out. More information and estimated rates can be found on our Villas at Disneyland Resort Information page.
Once you have checked your pricing and submitted your request, you will also submit a $105.00 deposit (which is refundable if we cannot secure your request). Once your reservation has been confirmed and secured, 100% of the payment minus your initial $105 deposit will be required within 24 hours, as we are obligated to pay our DVC Owners for the use of their points. You will also be sent a Rental Agreement, and your payment in full is your acceptance of this Agreement. You can see a sample copy of it clicking here.
We accept payment via Visa or Mastercard through our website, or alternatively you can use PayPal to pay via a different card (for instance, AmEx).
As we act as an intermediary between private DVC Owners and Guests, and due to the complexity of the points rental system, we have a strict no-refunds, cancellations or modifications policy.
We recommend that all Guests explore purchasing trip cancellation insurance for their reservations.
We do not provide travel insurance through our service. Once secured, DVC reservations are subject to the All Sales Final, No Cancellation policy. In order to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances or change of plans, we strongly recommend all guests explore the possibility of taking out travel/trip cancellation insurance.
For more information on travel insurance, please visit our page by clicking here.
Any changes to your reservation such as updating addresses, adding a guest or correcting a guest name must be done via your DVC Owner, so we ask that you let us know and we can handle this change for you We ask that you provide at least 30 days notice for any changes to allow the DVC Owner time to complete them.
The Lead Guest name, Travel Dates and the Resort/Room/View type on your reservation cannot be changed and must remain the same.
It sure can! A reservation booked with DVC points is an official Disney reservation booked in your name, and you will receive a Disney Resort Reservation Confirmation number from us if a reservation is successfully secured.
This can be linked to your My Disney Experience (MDE) account as soon as you receive it! You will be able to view your reservation in the MDE App, as well as connect up any purchased park tickets, make your Advance Dining Reservations 60 days before your arrival, and complete online check-in.
In order to be able to link your reservation to MDE, please ensure the lead guest name and email you provide to us exactly matches the one used for your My Disney Experience account.
For Guests staying at Hilton Head or Vero Beach, reservations can also be linked via ‘My Disney Experience’.
For Guests staying at The Grand Californian or The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, reservations can be linked via ‘MyDisneyland’.
For Guests staying at Aulani, reservations can be linked via ‘My Aulani’.
A DVC rental is for accommodations only. As a Disney Resort Guest, you will receive all the benefits you would receive if booking with Disney directly. This includes use of free Disney Transportation, the ability to book Advanced Dining Reservations 60 days in advance of your check-in, and the ability to link to My Disney Experience.
In addition, as a Deluxe DVC Resort guest, you can also take advantage of Extended Evening Theme Park Hours on selected nights, and receive free parking at your resort for the duration of your stay!
You will not receive any DVC Owner exclusive discounts or access to DVC exclusive lounges or events, as a DVC Membership ID is required for these perks.
Designed to be a ‘home away from home’, daily housekeeping is not included with a DVC Rental. However, ‘Trash & Towel’ service will be provided on Day 4 for all stays between 4-8 nights.
If your stay is for 8 nights or longer, you will receive a full cleaning service on Day 4, and ‘Trash & Towel’ service on Day 8. After that, the cycle resets on Day 12. (Day 1 is check-in day!)
Fresh towels can always be picked up poolside at your resort should you need extras!
Disney Vacation Club Members and their Guests may purchase additional housekeeping services for their stay by visiting the front desk or contacting housekeeping via their in-room phone.
You can purchase park tickets via Disney's ticket portal.
Once you have a secured reservation booked with us and have purchased your park tickets, you can then link them to your DVC reservation via your My Disney Experience account.
If you require any assistance with purchasing your Park tickets, please feel free to give us a call toll-free on 800-610-5791 and we would be happy to help!
Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort from January 9, 2024 onward can now choose to add a Disney Dining Plan to their DVC reservation! To add a Dining Plan, please contact our team by phone (toll-free) on 1-800-610-5791, Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm ET. Our team can begin adding Dining Plans as of July 10, 2023.

For more information on how to ‘unfold your menu’ with a Dining Plan for your trip, as well as to calculate a price estimate, please visit our Dining Plan guides HERE!
All guests, with or without a Dining Plan, can still make Advanced Dining Reservations for their stay. This shift to a 60-day booking window is designed to allow Guests to make their plans closer to their visits.
Guests renting DVC points can save up to 50% when compare to booking the same rooms through Disney, and so we do not offer any further negotiation or reductions on points rentals, however you can find last minute availability and occasionally reduced pricing on the ‘Confirmed Reservations’ page, where Owners list pre-existing stays to rent as-is.
We also occasionally run limited-time special offers for expiring points via our DVCR Newsletter, which you can subscribe to clicking here to be alerted to any upcoming one-off special offers.
