Know Before You Go

Guests that do not have a park ticket tied to their My Disney Experience account cannot make a Park Pass reservation. Guests without a Park Pass reservation will not have access to the Walt Disney World theme parks.

Park tickets and access to the parks through Disney's Park Pass System are outside of the DVCR Rental Agreement; these items are the sole responsibility of the guest.

For up to date information on Walt Disney World's policies, procedures and practices, please review Disney's Know Before You Go links located here; https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/resorts/ & https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/parks/

Walt Disney World Dining and Experiences

In order to continue fostering physical distancing, Walt Disney World's offerings, such as restaurants, behind-the-scenes tours, and other experiences, will be limited in capacity or may remain closed.

As a result of the limited capacity, at this time, Disney is not offering Dining Plans.

Additionally, Walt Disney World has shifted from a 180-day booking window to a 60-day booking window for dining and experience bookings. This shift to a 60-day booking window is designed to allow Guests to make their plans closer to their visits.

Walt Disney World's FastPass+ and Early Theme Park Entry

As a result of the COVID-19 impact, Walt Disney World's FastPass+ service has been suspended for the time being as Disney continues to use additional queue space to manage capacity at attractions and maintain physical distancing. Disney intends to share additional news about their FastPass+ service on a future date.

Coming later in 2021, guests staying at a Walt Disney World resort will be able to enjoy Early Theme Park Entry, where resort guests can begin their days in parks up to 30 minutes earlier than the posted park opening times.

Travel Notice Regarding the Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel

Beginning May 2, 2021, the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel will once again be welcoming guests and owners to their resort.  Upon reopening, restaurants, amenities, and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure.

To date, neither Disneyland Park nor Disney's California Adventure Park have announced a reopening date for guests that reside outside of California. Upon reopening, theme parks and other offerings may be modified, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure, based on direction from health experts and government officials to promote physical distancing.

As Disney has not yet announced a reopening date for the theme parks (other than to guests who reside in California), we do not feel enough information has been released to allow for new bookings at the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Resort.  Once Disney releases information on reopening dates for the theme parks our team will then begin working to secure new stays at this resort for our guests.
