My experience of renting my confirmed reservation was excellent. Within only one day, David's had found a match for my reservation and I had the funds in my account within another day! Simply amazing. Everyone I dealt with was professional and extremely competent. I will certainly look to David's again should I need to rent points or confirmed reservations. Thanks to everyone at David's. I am greatly appreciative of your efforts.

The smoothness of process for selling our points and the rapidity with which we were able to do so was exceptional.. The responsiveness of the your organization to email communication was always prompt and professional. Being able to access this service has changed our minds about divesting ourselves of our Disney timeshare. We now have the flexibility to use our points less frequently and fully recoup the cost of our maintenace fees in years we do not travel. We look forward to doing another trade within the next year or so.

They generally find an interested party within a 1-2 day period, they provide excellent instructions to make the process easy, they handle follow-up communications and actions in an impressive manner, and payments are always in the right amount and in a timely manner. I will continue to utilize them in the future and highly recommend to any other owners considering the usage of their services.

Just as with every transaction I've done with David's over the years, my 2026 point rental (which reached its fruition yesterday with the guest check-in) couldn't have gone any smoother than it did. Sometime back in years past when the whole DVC thing came into being, these fine folks at David's identified a need and filled it as perfectly and as fully as anyone could hope. Their flawless execution of all matters on behalf of us owners is matched only by their excellence in communication throughout the process. I didn't buy my points for the purpose of renting them out but having that as an option - with David's in the driver's seat - is just a phenomenal bonus for my ownership.

David's is wonderful to work with to rent out my unused points. I'm so happy to be able to quickly rent out points I can't use! Great experience and I highly recommend using them!
