Guests that do not have a park ticket tied to their My Disney Experience account cannot make a Park Pass reservation. Guests without a Park Pass reservation will not have access to the Walt Disney World theme parks.

Park tickets and access to the parks through Disney's Park Pass System are outside of the DVCR Rental Agreement; these items are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Please review the following before submitting your reservation request form.

  • Prices include taxes and fees, except at Aulani and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel which require that the Resort collect a transient accommodation tax when checking in.
  • The $105.00 deposit is taken (by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal), which is refundable to you if your reservation request(s) can not be fulfilled as submitted, usually within 24 hours (weekends and holidays sometimes excluded).
  • The $105.00 deposit will be absorbed for work performed if we fulfill your reservation request as submitted and you do not pay the balance due when requested.
  • All Sales are Final. No refunds. Cancellations, upgrades and date modifications are not permitted. Due to the contractual obligation we have with the Owner who is fulfilling your reservation, the lead guest name must also remain the same.
  • Payment is due in full within 24 hours of being notified that your request has been fulfilled.
  • Please be advised that you may want to explore the possibility of adding optional Travel Insurance to protect yourself against unexpected situations. We do not provide this insurance. For Canadian travelers, we suggest that you explore optional “Out of Province” health insurance. We do not provide this insurance.
  • This is a request to rent points that represent accommodations only. There are no ticket plans, transportation, meals, transfers, insurance, or other items included. Any such optional add-on items purchased in conjunction with this reservation (e.g. dining plans and park tickets) are subject to the terms and conditions of the Disney Vacation Club and the Walt Disney World Company and must be paid for separately by Renter and are not covered by this Rental agreement.
  • Documentation Requirements: If you have indicated that you are an International Citizen (reside outside of the United States of America) then you will be required to present a valid passport in order to enter and exit the United States of America. International Citizens without a valid passport will be refused entry and returned to their Country. Please note entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct travel documents.
  • Living standards and practices at the destination and standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found outside of the United States of America.
  • Our company is located in Canada. All funds are in United States dollars. Residents outside of Canada are encouraged to check with their credit card issuers about the possibility of foreign exchange fees, or cross border fees. Not all credit card issuers charge additional fees.

  • Traffic Restrictions or Closures during runDisney Events:

    Guests should allow for additional travel time during runDisney marathon events, due to some road closures that may be in effect. The dates of these events can be found here: https://dvcrequest.com/information/upcoming-disney-events

  • Exterior Refurbishment at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge - Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins:

    In 2024, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will undergo exterior refurbishment work. You may see and hear refurbishment work during daytime hours.

  • Ongoing Refurbishment at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn & Villas:

    From July through August 2024, the exterior of Disney’s BoardWalk Inn tower will undergo maintenance work. Guests may see and hear work during daytime hours.

    From August 2024 through mid-September 2024, Leaping Horse Libations will undergo refurbishment work. During this time, a temporary bar will be available on the pool deck from 11 a.m.-9 p.m.


  • Ongoing Refurbishment and Construction at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa:

    Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is undergoing major refurbishment. Guests will be able to see and hear construction around the resort – including the lobby – during daytime hours. Most resort amenities will remain available, and guests are advised to allow additional time for travel. No estimated completion date has been released by Disney at this time.

  • Ongoing Construction and Refurbishment at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows:

    As Disney works on the expansion of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, guests will be able to see and hear construction at certain times of day. To minimize disruptions, activities that may create noise will not start earlier than 9:00 AM. Now through 2026, additional portions of the resort hotel will be undergoing refurbishment, subject to operational needs or weather conditions.The ongoing enhancements may impact views of the theme park and other surrounding areas.

  • Refurbishment for the Cabins at Copper Creek Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge:

    The Cascade Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will be refurbished beginning April 2024. The cabins will be refurbished four at a time, and Disney Vacation Club guests will not be placed in cabins that are actively being refurbished. You may see and hear refurbishment work during daytime hours.

  • Recreation Activities impacted by Ongoing Construction at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground:

    Due to ongoing construction work on the DVC Cabins at Fort Wilderness, horseback riding will be temporarily unavailable Monday through Friday beginning July 13, 2024. Rides may occur on Saturday and/or Sunday, and if available can be reserved on the My Disney Experience app beginning Friday of each week.

  • Planned Refurbishment at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort:

    From September 2024 through September 2025, room refurbishment work will take place in Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The Skyway Bridge between Bay Lake Tower and Contemporary Resort may be intermittently closed during the refurb, so please allow additional time for travel.Beginning September 30, the Bay Lake Pool at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will be closed for maintenance. The Contemporary Feature Pool and Water Play Area will remain open for Guests to enjoy.Guests will see and hear construction work throughout Bay Lake Tower during these refurbishments.

  • Topolino’s Terrace Closure at Disney’s Riviera Resort:

    From January 12 through January 25, 2025, Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera at Disney’s Riviera Resort will be closed for refurbishment. All other dining locations at this resort will remain open for your enjoyment.

  • Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool Closure in 2025 at Disney’s Beach Club Villas:

    From January 2025 through June 2025, Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool at Disney’s Beach Club Resort will be closed for routine maintenance. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. The Tidal and Dunes Cove leisure pools will remain open and available during this time.

  • Planned Refurbishment and Pool Closure at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort:

    From September 2025 through March 2026, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort will undergo exterior maintenance. The ongoing enhancements may impact views from several places within the resort, and guests may see and hear refurbishment work during daytime hours. The Big Dipper Pool is closed for maintenance from January 13, 2025, expected to reopen on January 18, 2025. The Beach House Pool is closed for maintenance from January 20, 2025 to the end of February. The Big Dipper Spa and Kiddie Pool will remain open throughout.

  • Transient Accommodations Tax at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa:

    For all stays at Aulani, the State of Hawaii and the Island of Oahu imposes a daily transient accommodations tax that is charged at check-out. More information can be found here; https://dvcrequest.com/information/dvc-resorts/11-aulani-a-disney-resort-spa-in-ko-olina

  • Transient Accommodations Tax at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel:

  • Know Before You Sail:

  • Walt Disney World Dining:

    Walt Disney World has shifted from a 180-day booking window to a 60-day booking window for dining and experience bookings. This shift to a 60-day booking window is designed to allow Guests to make their plans closer to their visits.
