Guests that do not have a park ticket tied to their My Disney Experience account cannot make a Park Pass reservation. Guests without a Park Pass reservation will not have access to the Walt Disney World theme parks.

Park tickets and access to the parks through Disney's Park Pass System are outside of the DVCR Rental Agreement; these items are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Please review the following before submitting your reservation request form.

  • Prices include taxes and fees, except Hawaii which requires that the Resort collect a transient accommodation tax when checking in.
  • The $105.00 deposit is taken (by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal), which is refundable to you if your reservation request(s) can not be fulfilled as submitted, usually within 24 hours (weekends and holidays sometimes excluded).
  • The $105.00 deposit will be absorbed for work performed if we fulfill your reservation request as submitted and you do not pay the balance due when requested.
  • All Sales are Final. No refunds. Cancellations, upgrades and date modifications are not permitted. Due to the contractual obligation we have with the Owner who is fulfilling your reservation, the lead guest name must also remain the same.
  • Payment is due in full within 24 hours of being notified that your request has been fulfilled.
  • Please be advised that you may want to explore the possibility of adding optional Travel Insurance to protect yourself against unexpected situations. We do not provide this insurance. For Canadian travelers, we suggest that you explore optional “Out of Province” health insurance. We do not provide this insurance.
  • This is a request to rent points that represent accommodations only. There are no ticket plans, transportation, meals, transfers, insurance, or other items included. Any such optional add-on items purchased in conjunction with this reservation (e.g. dining plans and park tickets) are subject to the terms and conditions of the Disney Vacation Club and the Walt Disney World Company and must be paid for separately by Renter and are not covered by this Rental agreement.
  • Documentation Requirements: If you have indicated that you are an International Citizen (reside outside of the United States of America) then you will be required to present a valid passport in order to enter and exit the United States of America. International Citizens without a valid passport will be refused entry and returned to their Country. Please note entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct travel documents.
  • Living standards and practices at the destination and standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found outside of the United States of America.
  • Our company is located in Canada. All funds are in United States dollars. Residents outside of Canada are encouraged to check with their credit card issuers about the possibility of foreign exchange fees, or cross border fees. Not all credit card issuers charge additional fees.
  • Know Before You Go:

    April 19th 2022 - Update to Walt Disney World's Face Covering Policy:

    Face coverings are optional for guests in both outdoor and indoor locations, as well as Disney transportation. Disney recommends guests who are not fully vaccinated continue wearing face coverings in all indoor locations, including indoor attractions and theaters, and on enclosed transportation.

  • Walt Disney World Dining:

    Walt Disney World has shifted from a 180-day booking window to a 60-day booking window for dining and experience bookings. This shift to a 60-day booking window is designed to allow Guests to make their plans closer to their visits.
  • Travel Notice Regarding the Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel:

    The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel has reopened and is once again welcoming guests and owners to their resort.  As part of the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel's phased reopening process, restaurants, amenities, and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure.

    Disney is strongly recommending that all guests and Cast Members wear a face covering in all indoor locations at Disneyland in the parks and resorts. It is optional to wear face coverings in outdoor common areas.

  • Aulani's Know Before You Go:

    Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas in Ko Olina Hawaii, has reopened their doors and is once again welcoming guests and owners to their resort.  As part of their phased reopening, rooms, experiences, restaurants, amenities, and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Offerings are not guaranteed. 

    Disney has taken enhanced health and safety measures. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.

    There are specific instructions and requirements for all visitors to Hawaii, which may include mandated quarantine or pre-travel testing. View information about these requirements on the Hawaii Tourism Authority Website; https://www.gohawaii.com/safe-travels

  • Narcoossee's Refurbishment at Disney's Grand Floridian:

    Beginning July 14th 2022 Narcoossee's restaurant will be closed while it undergoes refurbishment. Disney expects the location to re-open with an enhanced dining experience early next year. 
  • Ongoing Refurbishment at Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge:

    Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is undergoing refurbishment. While all Resort amenities remain available throughout the refurbishment, you may be able to see and hear construction during daytime hours. No estimated completion date has been released by Disney at this time.
  • Ongoing Refurbishment at Disney’s Beach Club Villas:

    Disney’s Beach Club Villas is undergoing refurbishment from January 2023 through April 2023. While all Resort amenities remain available throughout the refurbishment, you may be able to see and hear construction during daytime hours.
  • Ongoing Refurbishment at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn & Villas:

    Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Villas is undergoing refurbishment. While most Resort amenities remain available throughout the refurbishment, you may be able to see and hear construction during daytime hours, and guests are advised to allow additional time for travel. No estimated completion date has been released by Disney at this time.
  • Ongoing Refurbishment at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa:

    Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is undergoing refurbishment. While most Resort amenities remain available throughout the refurbishment, you may be able to see and hear construction during daytime hours, and guests are advised to allow additional time for travel. No estimated completion date has been released by Disney at this time.
  • Ongoing Construction at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows:

    As Disney continues to prepare for the proposed expansion of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you may see or hear construction at certain times of day. To minimize disruptions, activities that may create noise will not start earlier than 9:00 AM.
  • Lava Pool Slide Refurbishment at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows:

    From January 3, 2023 through early February 2023, the water slide at the Lava Pool will be closed for refurbishment. During this time, only the slide will be unavailable; both the Lava Pool and Oasis Pool will remain open for guest enjoyment.
  • Slide Refurbishment at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa:

    As part of ongoing refurbishment and maintenance works, Volcanic Vertical body slide will be unavailable from January 16 - February 3, 2023, and Tubestone Curl tube slide will be unavailable from February 20 - March 10, 2023. During these closures, Aulani guests can continue to enjoy Waikolohe Pool and Stream, Ka Maka Pool & Grotto, multiple whirlpool spas, Keiki Cove splash zone, and Wailana Pool.
  • High Rock Springs Pool Refurbishment at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa:

    Beginning January 2023 and continuing through late-March 2023, High Rock Springs Pool and On the Rocks Pool Bar will be closed for refurbishment. The Grandstand Pool, The Paddock Pool and Congress Park Pool will remain open for your enjoyment.

  • Feature Pool Refurbishment at Disney’s Contemporary Resort:

    Guests staying at the DVC property Bay Lake Tower should be aware that the feature pool and whirlpool spas at the adjacent Disney’s Contemporary Resort will be closed for refurbishment from January 9, 2023 through early April 2023. However, the Bay Cove Pool at Bay Lake Tower will remain open for your enjoyment, as will the leisure pool and water play area at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
  • Disney Skyliner Temporary Route Closures - Disney's Riviera Resort:

    From Sunday January 22nd through Sunday January 29th, 2023, all lines of the Disney Skyliner will be closed for routine maintenance. Disney bus transportation will be provided for guests visiting Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios during this time.
  • Traffic Restrictions or Closures during runDisney Events:

    Guests should allow for additional travel time during runDisney marathon events, due to some road closures that may be in effect. The dates of these events can be found here: https://dvcrequest.com/information/upcoming-disney-events
