Walt Disney World Dining and Experiences:
In order to continue fostering physical distancing, Walt Disney World's offerings, such as restaurants, behind-the-scenes tours, and other experiences, will be limited in capacity or may remain closed.
As a result of the limited capacity, at this time, Disney is not offering Dining Plans.
Additionally, Walt Disney World has shifted from a 180-day booking window to a 60-day booking window for dining and experience bookings. This shift to a 60-day booking window is designed to allow Guests to make their plans closer to their visits.
Walt Disney World's FastPass+ and Early Theme Park Entry:
As a result of the COVID-19 impact, Walt Disney World's FastPass+ service has been suspended for the time being as Disney continues to use additional queue space to manage capacity at attractions and maintain physical distancing. Disney intends to share additional news about their FastPass+ service on a future date.
Coming later in 2021, guests staying at a Walt Disney World resort will be able to enjoy Early Theme Park Entry, where resort guests can begin their days in parks up to 30 minutes earlier than the posted park opening times.
Travel Notice Regarding the Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel:
The Disney Vacation Club has delayed the reopening of The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, and they are reviewing the new stay at home order announced by the State of California on December 3.
Once a new reopening date has been announced, the information will be shared with our guests.
During this initial phase, the Disney Vacation Club Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel will be open; yet, the rest of Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will remain closed. Upon reopening, restaurants, amenities, and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure.
As Disney has not yet announced a reopening date, we do not feel enough information has been released to allow for new bookings at the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Resort for 2021 dates. Once Disney releases more information on a reopening date our team will then begin working to secure new stays at this resort for our guests.
To date, neither Disneyland Park nor Disney's California Adventure Park have announced a reopening date. Upon reopening, theme parks, Disneyland Resort hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, and other offerings may be modified and will be limited in capacity and subject to limited availability or closure, based on direction from health experts and government officials to promote physical distancing.
