Guests that do not have a park ticket tied to their My Disney Experience account cannot make a Park Pass reservation. Guests without a Park Pass reservation will not have access to the Walt Disney World theme parks.

Park tickets and access to the parks through Disney's Park Pass System are outside of the DVCR Rental Agreement; these items are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Please review the following before submitting your reservation request form.

  • Prices include taxes and fees, except Hawaii which requires that the Resort collect a transient accommodation tax when checking in.
  • The $133.00 deposit is taken (by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal), which is refundable to you if your reservation request(s) can not be fulfilled as submitted, usually within 24 hours (weekends and holidays sometimes excluded).
  • The $133.00 deposit will be absorbed for work performed if we fulfill your reservation request as submitted and you do not pay the balance due when requested.
  • All Sales are Final. No refunds. Cancellations, upgrades and date modifications are not permitted. Due to the contractual obligation we have with the Member who is fulfilling your reservation, the lead guest name must also remain the same.
  • Payment is due in full within 24 hours of being notified that your request has been fulfilled.
  • Please be advised that you may want to explore the possibility of adding optional Travel Insurance to protect yourself against unexpected situations. We do not provide this insurance. For Canadian travelers, we suggest that you explore optional “Out of Province” health insurance. We do not provide this insurance.
  • This is a request to rent points that represent accommodations only. There are no ticket plans, transportation, meals, transfers, insurance, or other items included. Any such optional add-on items purchased in conjunction with this reservation (e.g. dining plans and park tickets) are subject to the terms and conditions of the Disney Vacation Club and the Walt Disney World Company and must be paid for separately by Renter and are not covered by this Rental agreement.
  • Documentation Requirements: If you have indicated that you are an International Citizen (reside outside of the United States of America) then you will be required to present a valid passport in order to enter and exit the United States of America. International Citizens without a valid passport will be refused entry and returned to their Country. Please note entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct travel documents.
  • Living standards and practices at the destination and standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found outside of the United States of America.
  • Our company is located in Canada. All funds are in United States dollars. Residents outside of Canada are encouraged to check with their credit card issuers about the possibility of foreign exchange fees, or cross border fees. Not all credit card issuers charge additional fees.

  • Walt Disney World Dining and Experiences:

    In order to foster physical distancing throughout the reopening process, Disney's offerings, such as restaurants and behind the scenes tours and other experiences will be limited in capacity, and other experiences may remain closed. As a result of limited capacity, Disney has made the decision to cancel all existing dining reservations and experience bookings, including Disney dining plans, through the end of 2020. Disney plans to reopen dining and experience bookings with more limited numbers again in the future. Disney has also announced that WDW is shifting from a 180-day booking window to a 60-day booking window for dining and experience bookings as a way to allow Guests to make their plans closer to their visits.

  • Walt Disney World's FastPass+ and Extra Magic Hours:

    As a result of the COVID-19 impact, Walt Disney World's FastPass+ service will be suspended for the time being as Disney plans to use additional queue space to manage capacity at attractions and maintain physical distancing. Disney will automatically cancel existing FastPass+ selections and share any future updates on the service at a later date. Also, please note that as part of the reopening, ExtraMagic Hours have been temporarily suspended.

  • Travel Notice Regarding the Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel:

    Beginning December 6th, the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel will once again be welcoming guests and owners to their resort. During this initial phase, the Disney Vacation Club Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel will be open; yet, the rest of Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will remain closed. Upon reopening, restaurants, amenities, and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure.


    Per the information announced by Disney, only a select number of rooms are due to reopen in 2020. For this reason, we do not feel that enough information has been released to allow for new bookings at the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Resort for the remainder of 2020.


    To date, neither Disneyland Park nor Disney's California Adventure Park have announced a reopening date. Upon reopening, theme parks, Disneyland Resort hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, and other offerings may be modified and will be limited in capacity and subject to limited availability or closure, based on direction from health experts and government officials to promote physical distancing.

  • Aulani's Know Before You Go:

    Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas in Ko Olina Hawaii, has reopened their doors and is once again welcoming guests and owners to their resort.  As part of their phased reopening, rooms, experiences, restaurants, amenities, and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Offerings are not guaranteed. 

    Disney has taken enhanced health and safety measures. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.

    There are specific instructions and requirements for all visitors to Hawaii, which may include mandated quarantine or pre-travel testing. View information about these requirements on the Hawaii Tourism Authority Website; https://www.gohawaii.com/safe-travels

  • Notice regarding Club Level amenities at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House:

    During Walt Disney's World's phased reopening, amenities typically offered for guests staying in a Club Level room at Disney's Animal Kingdom are not available.  The Club Level amenities are subject to change or be paused at any time.  Disney has not yet announced a date when Club Level amenities will resume.  
  • Renovations at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows:

    Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is undergoing a refresh, and work will continue through Summer 2021. You may see and hear construction taking place around the resort during this time, and some dining options will not be available. 

    Due to ongoing refurbishments at the Great Ceremonial House, this resort's monorail service will be temporarily suspended beginning in October 2020.  Guests staying at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows will continue to have access to the parks by other modes of Disney transportation.  Guests can also choose to pick up the monorail from the Transportation and Ticket Center.  

  • Refurbishment at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa:

    Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is undergoing a refresh and work will continue through Spring 2021. During this time, it's possible that you will see and hear construction taking place around the resort. Resort staff will attempt to limit any work most likely to cause a noise impact to the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This refurbishment is expected to be completed in early 2021.

  • Renovations at Disney's Vero Beach Resort:

    Due to routine maintenance, some or all of the following may be unavailable during your visit to Disney's Vero Beach Resort; Tiger Lily Aquatic Play Area, Port Holes Miniature Golf, Vero Beach Feature Pool, Whirlpool Spa, and the Pirate’s Plunge Pool Slide.

    Please know that Resort Cast Members are making every effort to ensure your enjoyment of all the property has to offer. Access to the beautiful, sandy beaches and other recreational activities will remain open.
