Guests that do not have a park ticket tied to their My Disney Experience account cannot make a Park Pass reservation. Guests without a Park Pass reservation will not have access to the Walt Disney World theme parks.

Park tickets and access to the parks through Disney's Park Pass System are outside of the DVCR Rental Agreement; these items are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Please review the following before submitting your reservation request form.

  • Prices include taxes and fees, except at Aulani and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel which require that the Resort collect a transient accommodation tax when checking in.
  • The $105.00 deposit is taken (by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal), which is refundable to you if your reservation request(s) can not be fulfilled as submitted, usually within 24 hours (weekends and holidays sometimes excluded).
  • The $105.00 deposit will be absorbed for work performed if we fulfill your reservation request as submitted and you do not pay the balance due when requested.
  • All Sales are Final. No refunds. Cancellations, upgrades and date modifications are not permitted. Due to the contractual obligation we have with the Owner who is fulfilling your reservation, the lead guest name must also remain the same.
  • Payment is due in full within 24 hours of being notified that your request has been fulfilled.
  • Please be advised that you may want to explore the possibility of adding optional Travel Insurance to protect yourself against unexpected situations. We do not provide this insurance. For Canadian travelers, we suggest that you explore optional “Out of Province” health insurance. We do not provide this insurance.
  • This is a request to rent points that represent accommodations only. There are no ticket plans, transportation, meals, transfers, insurance, or other items included. Any such optional add-on items purchased in conjunction with this reservation (e.g. dining plans and park tickets) are subject to the terms and conditions of the Disney Vacation Club and the Walt Disney World Company and must be paid for separately by Renter and are not covered by this Rental agreement.
  • Documentation Requirements: If you have indicated that you are an International Citizen (reside outside of the United States of America) then you will be required to present a valid passport in order to enter and exit the United States of America. International Citizens without a valid passport will be refused entry and returned to their Country. Please note entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct travel documents.
  • Living standards and practices at the destination and standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found outside of the United States of America.
  • Our company is located in Canada. All funds are in United States dollars. Residents outside of Canada are encouraged to check with their credit card issuers about the possibility of foreign exchange fees, or cross border fees. Not all credit card issuers charge additional fees.

  • Traffic Restrictions or Closures during runDisney Events:

    Guests should allow for additional travel time during runDisney marathon events, due to some road closures that may be in effect. The dates of these events can be found here: https://dvcrequest.com/information/upcoming-disney-events

  • Ongoing Construction and Refurbishment at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows:

    As Disney works on the expansion of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, guests will be able to see and hear construction at certain times of day. To minimize disruptions, activities that may create noise will not start earlier than 9:00 AM. Now through 2026, additional portions of the resort hotel will be undergoing refurbishment, subject to operational needs or weather conditions.The ongoing enhancements may impact views of the theme park and other surrounding areas.

  • Disney Skyliner Closure at Riviera Resort, Boardwalk Villas and Beach Club Villas:

    From January 25, 2026, through January 31, 2026, Disney Skyliner will be closed for refurbishment. Complimentary bus service will be available for guests impacted by this closure at Riviera, Boardwalk and Beach Club.

  • Planned Refurbishment at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort:

    From September 2024 through September 2025, room refurbishment work will take place in Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The Skyway Bridge between Bay Lake Tower and Contemporary Resort may be intermittently closed during the refurb, so please allow additional time for travel. Guests will see and hear construction work throughout Bay Lake Tower during these refurbishments.

  • Boat Dock Closed at Disney’s Old Key West:

    From February 10 to early April 2025, boat transportation from Old Key West to Disney Springs will be unavailable. Resort buses will be available as an alternative during this time.

  • Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool Closure in 2025 at Disney’s Beach Club Villas:

    From January 2025 through June 2025, Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool at Disney’s Beach Club Resort will be closed for routine maintenance. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. The Tidal and Dunes Cove leisure pools will remain open and available during this time.

  • Merchandise Location Refurbishments at Disney’s Boardwalk Villas:

    From January 2025 through May 2025, the merchandise locations along Disney’s BoardWalk will be refurbished in phases. Two merchandise locations will remain available for Guests throughout the refurbishment. During this time, Guests may see and hear construction activity in the area.

  • Interior and Exterior Refurbishments at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel:

    In Spring 2025, a standard refurbishment will begin at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa to refresh guestrooms with updated furnishings and amenities. Balcony areas of select guest rooms may be inaccessible while work is performed to refresh exterior areas as part of this refurbishment. Guests may see and hear construction work during daytime hours.

  • Additional Closures at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa:

    Between March and May 2025, the entry gates to Disney California Adventure Park will be closed for enhancement work. Guests can enter the park through an alternate entrance beside the hotel.Storytellers Cafe is temporarily closed for refurbishment and is expected to reopen in May 2025. A modified dining experience is offered in Trillium Room. Napa Rose is also temporarily closed for refurbishment and is expected to reopen in Fall 2025. Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures will be temporarily relocated to Trillium Room.

  • Refurbishment at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa:

    Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be receiving enhancements to select areas, including the lobby, from April through November 2025. Guests may see and hear construction during daytime hours, and portions of the lobby will be closed at times. Pools, most resort dining and other amenities will remain available. Please allow extra time for travel to allow for path adjustments.

    As Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa continues its renovations, the gingerbread display will not be available during the holiday season in 2025.

  • Menehune Bridge Water Play Area Maintenance at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa:

    Menehune Bridge water play area will be closed for maintenance from April 21 – May 16, 2025. During this time, Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. Ka Maka Pool & Grotto, Waikolohe Pool and Stream, Keiki Cove splash zone and other pool areas will remain open for guest enjoyment.

  • Refurbishment at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge:

    From mid-May 2025 to September 2025, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will undergo refurbishment. While all Resort amenities will remain available, you may notice refurbishment work during daytime hours.

  • Whispering Canyon Café Closure at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge:

    From May 12 through May 21, 2025 Whispering Canyon Café at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will close for planned maintenance. All other food locations, including the Territory Lounge, Roaring Forks, Geyser Point Bar & Grill, and Story Book Dining at Artist Pointe, will remain open.

  • Planned Refurbishment at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort:

    From September 2025 through March 2026, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort will undergo exterior maintenance. The ongoing enhancements may impact views from several places within the resort, and guests may see and hear refurbishment work during daytime hours.

  • Pool Closure at Bay Lake Tower:

    From January 26, 2026 to early May 2026, the Bay Cove Pool, the water play area and the whirlpool spa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will temporarily be closed for maintenance. The Bay Lake Pool, the feature pool and the water play area and the whirlpool spa at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will remain open for Guests to enjoy.

  • Planned Refurbishment at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort:

    From February 9, 2026, through May 2026, exterior refurbishment work will take place at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. During this time, Guests may see and hear construction work during daytime hours.

  • Transient Accommodations Tax at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa:

    For all stays at Aulani, the State of Hawaii and the Island of Oahu imposes a daily transient accommodations tax that is charged at check-out. More information can be found here; https://dvcrequest.com/information/dvc-resorts/11-aulani-a-disney-resort-spa-in-ko-olina

  • Transient Accommodations Tax at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel:

    For all stays at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, the State of California imposes a daily transient accommodations tax that is charged at check-out. More information can be found here; https://dvcrequest.com/information/dvc-resorts/27-the-villas-at-disneyland-hotel

  • Know Before You Sail:

  • Walt Disney World Dining:

    Walt Disney World has shifted from a 180-day booking window to a 60-day booking window for dining and experience bookings. This shift to a 60-day booking window is designed to allow Guests to make their plans closer to their visits.
