What Makes This Stay Unique
Disney’s Fort Wilderness is 750-acres of nature, recreation and that all important Disney magic! Dedicated buses run throughout the resort to take you place-to-place, and guests can rent golf-carts to get around themselves. Jogging trails and walking paths wind through the forest, there is a dedicated dog park for those bringing furry friends, and the boat departs the dock to Magic Kingdom for easy access to the park!
Make a splash at the frontier-themed Meadow Swimmin’ Pool with corkscrew water slide and splash pad. Wilderness Swimmin’ Pool is all-ages leisure pool for a tranquil dip. Play tennis, frisbee golf and volleyball, and visit the Bike Barn for bicycle, canoe and kayak rentals, or book Segway trail adventures or archery experiences! Be sure to join Chip ‘N’ Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long for old fashioned fun, and visit Tri-Circle-D Ranch for pony, wagon or carriage rides for all ages.
Dining at Fort Wilderness is just as varied! Guests can rustle up a delicious bite at The Chuck Wagon, or pick up refreshments poolside at the Meadow Snack Bar. Quick-service comfort food is served at Trail's End Restaurant, Crockett’s Tavern provides drinks and rustic grub, and the famous Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue livens up dinnertime with a high-spirited and hilarious musical revue.
