Standard

The Standard Category will include all vacation homes in The Paddock, The Grandstand and The Carousel. Securing your reservation in a Standard Category will only guarantee that your vacation home will be located in one of these three areas. The Standard Category does not guarantee a view type.

Preferred

The Preferred Category will include all vacation homes in Congress Park and The Springs. Securing your reservation in a Preferred Category will only guarantee that your vacation home will be located in one of these two areas. The Preferred Category does not guarantee a view type.

Treehouse

The Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs do not have a specific category or set view type, and have their own separate location within the resort. Access to the central resort areas is via a walking path, and vehicle access is via a private entrance along Disney Vacation Club Way.

King size bed in the master bedroom. Full kitchen. 2 full baths and in suite laundry. Living room with 1 queen-size pull-down bed, and 1 pull-down bunk-size bed. Second bedroom with either; a. queen bed, and 1 double-size pull-down bed or b. 2 queen beds. **If you have a preference for one layout over the other, the specification must be made at the time of submitting your request form; the reservation can not be changed at a later date.**

Please note: Two-Bedroom Villas may consist of a connecting One-Bedroom Villa and Studio combination.

Grand Villa
