Guests that do not have a park ticket tied to their My Disney Experience account cannot make a Park Pass reservation. Guests without a Park Pass reservation will not have access to the Walt Disney World theme parks.
Park tickets and access to the parks through Disney's Park Pass System are outside of the DVCR Rental Agreement; these items are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Walt Disney World Dining:Walt Disney World has shifted from a 180-day booking window to a 60-day booking window for dining and experience bookings. This shift to a 60-day booking window is designed to allow Guests to make their plans closer to their visits.

The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel has reopened and is once again welcoming guests and owners to their resort. As part of a phased reopening process, restaurants, amenities, and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure.

Renovations at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows:
Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is undergoing a refresh, and work will continue through Summer 2021. You may see and hear construction taking place around the resort during this time, and some dining options will not be available.
Pool Refurbishment at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village:
From January 2022 through April 2022, the Samawati Springs Pool at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas– Kidani Village will be closed for refurbishment. During the pool refurbishment, guests staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village may enjoy the Uzima Springs Pool at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas –Jambo House.
Lobby Refurbishment at Disney’s Old Key West Beginning June 28:
During the first phase of refurbishment, guests will check-in as normal in the main lobby while the den area is closed. In the second phase, the main lobby will close, and front desk and concierge will temporarily be moved to the den.
Once complete, Disney’s Old Key West Resort will feature an enhanced check-in experience offering an open, free-flowing layout with a variety of smaller counters to help Guests of all ages prepare for their Walt Disney World vacation.
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa Lobby and Porte Cochere Refurbishment Begins June 28:
This refurbishment will be completed in 3 phases.
Phase 1: on June 28, the connecting hallway to the main lobby will close for refurbishment. Guests will continue to have access to the restrooms and The Artist’s Palette.
Phase 2: from July 12 through late September, the porte cochere will be closed. Disney’s Magical Express will continue to pick-up and drop-off guests here, with a temporary walkway for Guests to reach the front desk and concierge. Guests driving personal vehicles will be directed to curbside check-in at the Disney Vacation Club Preview Center.
Phase 3: in early August, the connecting hallway will open, and the main lobby will close. Front desk and concierge services will be available in the hallway in addition to curbside check-in at the Disney Vacation Club Preview Center.

Disney Skyliner Temporary Route Closure - Disney's Riviera Resort:From Sunday January 23 through Thursday January 28, 2022, the Disney Skyliner line between Epcot International Gateway, Disney's Riviera Resort, and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort will be closed. Disney bus transportation will be provided for guests visiting Epcot during this time.
